1. ČE BOŠ LASE POGOSTEJE STRIGLA BODO HITREJE RASLI

Verjetno vsem dobro znani mit, ki ga lahko razbijemo z znanostjo. Lasje rastejo iz lasnih mešičkov na lasišču,  striženje konic ne vpliva na korenino, iz katere las raste. Če si želiš dolge grive v kratkem času raje posezi po podaljških. Priporočamo clip on podaljške, saj ti omogočajo dodajanje dolžine, takrat ko boš želela.

2. LASE MORAŠ ČESATI STO KRAT NA DAN             

Redno česanje pozitivno vpliva na zdravje ras, ker pomaga porazdeliti naravna olja od korena do konice lasu. Pretiravanje ima naravno nasproten učinek. Pregrobo in prepogosto česanje s slabo oblikovano krtačo za lase povzroči lomljenje in cufanje las. Lase pokrtači, da zgladiš vozle, porazdeliš naravna olja in zmasiraš lasišče, da pospešiš prekrvavitev lasnih mešičkov.

3. ČE BOŠ LASE UMIVALA Z MRZLO VODO SE BODO BOLJ SVETILI

Medtem, ko bi naj pri negi kože mrzla voda pomagala pri zapiranju por po čiščenju obraza, pri lasišču to ne drži. Ni trdnih dokazov, da izpiranje z mrzlo vodo vpliva na lase drugače, kot izpiranje z toplo ali vročo vodo. Strokovnjaki pa priporočajo, da curek vode pri izpiranju balzama usmeriš bolj proti sredini las in konicam, izogibaš pa se lasišča, da ne spereš vsega izdelka in ne izsušiš kože na lasišču.

4. UMIVAJ LASE VSAK DAN, VEČ IZDELKOV KOT UPORABIŠ, BOLJŠI JE REZULTAT

Za nego lasišča in las ne potrebuješ 10 različnih izdelkov. Ne pretiravaj, večkratno šamponiranje in izpiranje različnih produktov lahko naredi več škode, kot koristi. Lahko poškodujemo lasne mešičke, polomimo lase in izsušimo lasišče. Las je najbolj lomljiv, ko je moker zato bosta dober šampon in balzam čisto dovolj za popolno nego tvojih las. Lase umivaj največ 2-3 na teden.

5. SUHI ŠAMPON IMA ISTI UČINEK KOT NAVADNI ŠAMPON

Las si ni priporočljivo umivati vsak dan zato nas suhi šampon rešuje v dnevih med dvema pranjema las, ampak nikakor ne nadomešča pravega pranja. Suhi šampon vpije odvečno olje in doda lep vonj, to je pa vse kar naredi za naše lase. Prekomerna uporaba suhega šampona lahko izsuši lasišče, zato ga ne vključujte v svojo dnevno rutino, hranite ga le za nujne primere.

6. NE UPORABLJAJ BALZAMA ČE IMAŠ MASNE ALI TANKE LASE

Dve čisto napačni trditvi. Mastne lase povzroča prekomerno izločanje sebuma v lasišču, tanke lase pa po večini lahko pripišemo genski zasnovi. Balzam neguje lase in lasišče zato je pomemben pri negi lasi. Poskusi čistilni balzam za mastne lase, ali  balzam za volumen pri tankih laseh. Balzam nanašaj na spodnji del las in na konice.

7. ČE BOŠ UPORABLJALA ISTI ŠAMPON IN BALZAM DLJE ČASA  SE BODO LASJE NAVADILI

Iskanje pravega šampona in balzama za vaš tip las in lasišča je lahko prava nočna mora. Ko najdete kombinacijo, ki vam odgovarja se je držite. Ni znanstvenih dokazov, ki bi potrjevali, da se las privadi izdelku in zato izdelek izgubi učinkovitost.

8. NA MESTU ENEGA IZPULJENEGA SIVEGA LASU BOSTA ZRASLA DVA NOVA

Čeprav se ti zdi, da si izpulila en sivi las, nato pa se jih pojavi več na tem mestu, puljenje ni razlog za pojav novih. Puljenje sivih las lahko negativno vpliva na lasni mešiček, ga poškoduje in zaustavi rast.  Sivi lasje se pojavijo, ko v mešičku pigment propade, to je gensko zasnovano in ni odvisno od puljenja.

Razcepljena konica se pojavi, ko se zunanji zaščitni sloj lasu imenovana vrhnjica ali kutikula razcepi.  Lasne kutikule več ni mogoče ponovno zapreti, edina stvar, ki pomaga pri razcepljenih konicah so škarje.

10. SPANJE S SPUŠČENIMI LASMI POMAGA PRI RASTI

Ravno obratno! Spenjanje las v udoben čop pred spanjem prepreči poškodbe in lomljenje las, ki bi nastale, pri nemirnem spancu. Pazi, da je čop dovolj trden, da drži lase, vendar dovolj ohlapen, da ne zateguje lasišča.
