 NAVDUŠITE S SLASTNIMI DOMAČIMI NJOKI!

Pripravili smo vam recepta za dve različni verziji domačih njokov, ki so rahli, okusni in preprosti za pripravo. Postrežete jih lahko z omako ali kot prilogo vrsti drugih jedi.

1. KROMPIRJEVI NJOKI

POTREBUJETE:

  • 500g krompirja
  • 150g ostre moke
  • 1 žlica kisle smetane
  • 2 jajci
  • 1 čajno žličko soli

Priprava:

  1. Krompir dobro operite in ga skuhajte do mehkega (približno 30 min).
  2. Še vroč krompir olupite in ga pretlačite z vilicami ali s tlačilko za krompir.
  3. Na sredino pretlačenega krompirja dodajte jajce, kislo smetano ter sol, začnite počasi gnesti testo. Moko dodajajte počasi in postopoma. Gnetete, dokler ne nastane mehko testo, ki se več ne lepi na skledo.
  4. Površino dobro pomokajte in začnite svaljkati testo. Dolge svaljke narežite na 2cm dolge kose.
  5. Krompirjeve njoke položite na pladenj in jih postavite za 45 minut v zmrzovalnik.
  6. Na ogenj pristavite večji lonec z vodo. Vodo nežno osolite in zavrite. Njoke nežno, postopoma polagajte v vrelo vodo. Njoki so kuhani, ko priplavajo na površje.
  7. Njoke ocedite in jih postrezite kot prilogo.

2. SKUTINI NJOKI

POTREBUJETE:

  • 300g skute
  • 250g ostre moke
  • 1 žlico kisle smetane
  • 2 jajci
  • 1 čajno žličko soli

Priprava:

  1. Skuto pretlačite in vanjo vmešajte kislo smetano, sol in jajci, ki ste ju predhodno stepli.
  2. Dodate polovico moke in dobro premešajte, postopoma dodajajte preostalo moko.
  3. Gnetite, dokler ne nastane mehko testo, ki se več ne lepi na skledo. Če je testo premokro, dodajte več moke.
  4. Površino dobro pomokajte in začnite svaljkati testo. Dolge svaljke narežite na 2 cm dolge kose.
  5. Skutine njoke položite na pladenj in jih postavite za 45 minut v zmrzovalnik.
